What to do in preparation for chimney cleaning:

-Please remove anything from the fireplace or stove other than ash and metal wood grate.  (please do not leave firewood, paper, etc. inside prior to cleaning)

-Please ensure easy access to what ever it is we are cleaning.  (If cleaning a fireplace/stove/insert, please ensure enough room around it for us to lay down a tarp, vacuum and tools.  If cleaning the chimney for a boiler/hot water heater, please have a clear path of access to get to the unit in garage/basement etc.)

-Please ensure pets are secure and will not run outside as we bring in tools, also we may also need access to the back yard to get to the chimney on the roof.  If so please make sure pets are secure and will not run out of your yard.
