What we clean and what we charge:

-Oil / gas boiler & hot water heater chimney flue.  Cost: $99.99 + tax.

-Fireplace chimney flue.  Cost: $99.99 + tax

-Wood stove chimney flue (Includes wood stove pipes and cleaning out the stove) Cost: $159.99 + tax

-Wood stove Insert chimney flue (includes cleaning above baffle and cleaning out stove insert).  Cost: $159.99 + tax

-General, overall inspection for home owners.  Cost: Starting at $49.99

-Written ispection for insurance or real estate.  Cost: Starting at $99.99

IMPORTANT:  PRICES FOR CLEANINGS ARE BASED ON CHIMNEYS THAT ARE IN A "NORMAL" DIRTY CONDITION.   IF YOUR HEATING SYSTEM CHIMNEY IS BLOCKED/CLOGGED OR RECENTLY HAD A PUFF BACK ETC. THE PRICE FOR A CLEANING WILL INCREASE AND WILL BE BASED ON THE ADDITIONAL WORK NEEDED TO GET THE CHIMNEY BACK TO PROPER WORKING ORDER.   THE SAME APPLIES FOR FIREPLACE/WOOD STOVE/ WOOD INSERT CHIMNEYS.  IF THE CHIMNEY IS EXTREMELY DIRTY, BLOCKED/ CLOGGED OR HAD A CHIMNEY FIRE, THE PRICE WILL INCREASE AND WILL BE BASED ON THE ADDITIONAL WORKED NEEDED TO PROPERLY CLEAN OUT THE CHIMNEY.  

WE WILL NEVER CLEAN A CHIMNEY THAT IS IN NEED OF AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGE, WITH OUT NOTIFYING YOU PRIOR TO PERFORMING THE SERVICE....  NEVER!  

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR PROPERTY IS NOT LOCATED IN OUR  "NORMAL" SERVICE AREA, THERE MAY BE A PRICE INCREASE TO COMPENSATE FOR THE TIME/ DISTANCE TO GET TO YOUR LOCATION.  THIS WILL BE CLEARLY EXPLAINED TO YOU WHEN BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT.    (Click the tab at the top of the page to see our general service areas)  

We do not clean:

-Pellet stoves or pellet insert chimneys

-Gas stoves or gas insert chimneys

-Coal stoves or coal insert chimneys

-Gas fireplace units

-Door glass of any kind.  (When we come to clean the chimney for any application, we are not responsible for cleaning the door glass, If the glass was not properly cared for or cleaned from the beginning there is a high risk of failure when cleaning)

-Fireplace ash pits, due to the incredible volume some can hold, we do not clean them out.  Some are hollowed out into the leg of the foundation and can hold 100's of gallons of ash.
